DELIVERY + ORDER STATUS
Where is my order? Please allow 1-3 business days for Ground orders to process. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. If 3 days have passed, please email inquiry with order number directly to customer service.
RETURNS
Return for REFUND: Can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Custom made items cannot be returned. Returns needs to be in resell-able condition. To start the return, CLICK HERE

Open item returns – Items returned that are no longer in resellable condition will be subject to a restocking fee based on the condition of the product. To test a product, please only open 1 item to test first before opening all quantities. Used items will not be accepted for return.
Return labels – Return labels will be emailed to you upon the RMA acceptance. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and be sure to check spam, the email with the return label will be from UPS.com
Shipping costs are not refundable.
WHY IS SHIPPING SO HIGH?
With our collection of products, such as large stoneware vases and 44- 57" stems we have incurred additional UPS charges for length and weight. These exceptional charges are in addition to regular UPS shipping charges. With UPS raising their rates and adding additional charges, we had to raise our rates as well.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ARTIFICIAL, FAUX AND FAKE?
Nothing. There is no difference, they are just different descriptors for the same product.
ARE THE FLORALS AND GREENERY SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE?
Products suitable for indoor/covered outdoor use will be indicated in the product description. However, we cannot guarantee the longevity of the color for products used outdoors.
HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE VASE?
A general rule of thumb is the vase should be 1/3 to 1/2 the size of your stems. For example, a 40" stem will look best in a 12" to 20" vase. These are just suggestions; have fun with your floral designs.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. Delivery can take an estimated 5-10 business days via Landmark Global. .
AK and HI 15- 30 business days. Guam, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands up to 45 days.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
No. Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
DO YOU ADJUST PRICES?
We honor sales promotions within 7 days of sale date on full-price in stock items, with no previous offers applied. We match product pricing on exact items, discounts will not apply.
DISCOUNT ELIGIBILITY
Minimum order subtotals will apply per promotion. Discounts are not valid on Gift Cards. Discounts may not be combined with other offers or coupons. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Some exclusions may apply. Sign up for our emails to be notified of promotions and discounts.
DAMAGED ORDERS
Examine your order immediately upon delivery. We will refund or reship any damaged merchandise, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once you have signed up to receive our emails your first email will include a one-time promo code to be used on your first order. Depending on your provider please allow a couple of hours to receive in your inbox.
